One of the ways I market my listings differently is through Mobile Home Gal Television, my YouTube channel dedicated to mobile and manufactured homes. The channel features more than 70 mobile and manufactured homes, giving buyers an opportunity to see these homes in far greater detail than photographs alone can provide.

My property videos aren't simply slideshows of listing photos. I personally create custom-narrated property tours, walking viewers through the home while explaining its features, improvements, floor plan, community and lifestyle. This gives prospective buyers a much better sense of the property before they ever schedule a showing.

Video also gives my sellers another powerful way to reach buyers beyond traditional real estate advertising. A manufactured home listing can be shared through YouTube, social media, websites and other online marketing, helping the property reach people who may never discover it through a standard listing alone.
